Dr. Reza Filizadeh holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, specializing in structural engineering, earthquake engineering, structural reliability, and seismic risk assessment. His work spans multi-hazard analysis of reinforced concrete bridges, probabilistic risk assessment, reliability-based design, and advanced simulation techniques. He has extensive research and teaching experience, along with industry experience in seismic evaluation, fragility analysis, and structural modeling for nuclear and power infrastructure.
