Bio
Mohammadali is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He joined the SiRIUS Lab in 2025. His research interests include peridynamics, fracture mechanics, solid mechanics, vibrations, quantum mechanics, computational modeling, and machine learning. He has strong experience in numerical analysis and simulation tools such as Python, MATLAB, Fortran, ABAQUS, ANSYS, and SOLIDWORKS.
Before joining UNL, Mohammadali served as an instructor in mechanical engineering programs in Iran and worked in industry as an HVAC designer and automotive lighting systems engineer. His research has been published in journals including Marine Structures, International Journal of Thermofluids, Scientia Iranica, and International Journal of Low-Carbon Technologies.
